Denver Neighborhood – Alamo Placita

A great tucked away Denver neighborhood, circled by the Denver Country Club, West Wash Park and Capitol Hill. This centrally located neighborhood has easy access to down town, Cherry Creek and Wash Park. It got its name from the Alamo Placita Park (pictured) which means Little Place of Cottonwoods. The park used to be full of Cottonwoods, and a few of the original trees can still be found in the park and neighborhood.
