C.A.R.’s April 2016 market stats have been published. Look what the market is doing!!! I can agree, that the market is a very interesting one to say the least.

So often you hear about best places to live. This can be based on a myriad of reasons. Top singles, top most expensive, top safest, top small business and on and on.
Here is a fun one, this article just came out this month: Best Cities for Real Estate Agents. The article by Value Peguin used their baises for their ranking due to, “number of jobs, average salary, cost of living and location quotient.”
When I first took a look at where Denver was ranked I was at first a bit shocked. Then after thinking about it a in depth and considering the factors they used in ranking it made some sense. Take a look let and see where your thoughts, hometown or current residences rest.
